SHIPPING POLICY & CUSTOM ORDERS
Shipping and Installation in the Republic of Cyprus is included in our pricing for stock units.
Note: requirement of crane / personell in case of an elevated / not easy-accessible install and as a result incurring additional costs are to be borne by the buyer.
We offer custom and tailormade units as well. There is a wide selection of options which we can discuss in great detail.
Transit/shipping time for custom ordered units is typically 4 to 5 weeks by container vessel. Manufacturing time is 2 to 3 weeks so a total of 8 weeks need to be taken into consideration.
We emphasize (from a carbon footprint perspective) to combine your shipment in one of our shipments but we can offer one-off shipments on cost-plus basis.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With our full range at display in our showroom in Paphos, as well as the option to experience the unit and its system prior to your purchase, a sale of a unit is final after we have delivered and installed the system which means we do not accept returns.
We do however accept returns if you decide to upgrade your unit at a later stage due to the wish to increase capacity for example; on a case-by-case basis we will then offer a turn-key trade-in option including collection of the old unit and installation of the new unit.
